Plaza Tower

Swimming pool has been closed since months! Management slow to react

We had a fire last night in Plaza Tower after 4 hours and staying outside of the building in freezing weather, we came back building at midnight and after that we havent had electricity for about more than 24 hours till Now!!! The manager Sbastien is terrible!!! We dont have a swimming pool for more than 6 months! There are a lot of problems in this building

Dont rent in this building, the management is incompetent. We got a problem with the isolation, we were very cold for at least 3 weeks the swimming pool was closed for two months instead of two days and they was totally unable to provide a reopening date. Totally unprofessional

I have been living here since June 2022, nice friendly security person in the front, so far, my dealing with Sebastien has been very smooth and friendly. I love living here, mall is well connected, clean spotless hallways, really good laundry area, decent gym sauna shower area though pool has been closed for some while cause of something is broken. 4 stars only because my emails were never responded so I had to go and see management in person and elevators, at times, takes forever (plan out your leave 5 mins ahead). Residents of this building are friendly and generally nice but could be very nosy too so if you keep things to yourself mostly, try to respond only with yes and no. A lot of cute arab grandmas live here and they could be a bit nosy.
