Terrible! If I can give no stars I would. The place is very old and dampy. The staff was rude and service level was below standards. I rented a car for half a day for a short trip outside Montreal, upon returning, I refueled the car full tank. However the fuel gauge was showing the tank was not full. The AVIS staff insisted that I did not refuel the tank in full although I showed him the receipt of the Petro Canada that was next door. I went back to the petrol station tried to force fuel again into the car but in vain, again returned to AVIS and the staff was still not convinced even after presenting the second receipt. I would never come back to this branch again.
