Ok this trip update. The baby pillows are gone thankfully. That said, not even a free water as a platinum member. I always thought the best western plus and premier were a bit underwhelming in their treatment of frequent guests, but nothing from one of the most expensive in the province? The shower worked, so that is good. No room service (daily cleaning, towels etc) which seems pretty unacceptable given the price of stay. Still having amenities like tv's you can cast to and one of the best beds of places I stay gives them the 4 stars. Should be 5, but the overall service is a 3 so I meet in the middle. Exception is the bar server. She was very good.
