The Standard

Just recently moved into The Standard, and I have loved my experience so far. The renovated suites are new, spacious, and an overall great space. Any maintenance requests we have had we could submit through an online portal, and they have been solved by the next day. The building manager, Shawn, has been a big help to us. He is always quick to respond to messages or questions, and has made us feel welcome in our new home.

I have lived here since a year now.. find this place very peaceful and spacious.. never had any problems living here.. moreover Shawn property manager would reply to text, emails and is very helpful

I moved here just after my separation back in 2020 and for my first apartment in a lot of years it was great place to live. I have nothing but nice things to say from the leasing agent to the management to the caretaker. If anything went wrong they were there to fix it as soon as they could. I had a leak in my ceiling and they sent someone out right away and when they were able to fix it they did and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. Shawn is a great property manager, he always answered my questions for me even if I did ask him the same thing a day before. I had a lot going on. I actually miss seeing him and our little conversations. I am now a homeowner but would highly recommend these apartments. They are clean, up to date, my kids loved the gym, the only thing I didn't like was no elevator and living on the 3rd floor, tough for groceries but kept me in shape! :-)

We just moved in but I can say that we are very impressed with the overall look of our unit. Neighbors are friendly and most especially, Shawn (manager) is very nice and accomodating!

The best 6 years of my regina life. I didnt want to leave this place because i have come to call this my home. Never had problems and if we did the building manager always ready and easy to talk too. Shawn the buikding manager there up to elaine had always accomodate my request may it be little or big and i always get a reply back. If you have great people working in a company that only means you are in good hands and your money spent is worth it. I didnt wanna leave this place but we had to get our own property but if given a chance they would sell it i will be the firat one waiting. Thank you hazelview and the people in it for taking good care of us, propertywas well maintained
