Victoria Views - Broadstreet Properties Ltd.

We moved to Regina recently and have been living at Victoria Views for 8 months. The property is very well maintained, the buildings are secure, cleanliness is top notch and every apartment has their own parking space. All the staff are very pleasant, friendly and always full of smiles. Michelle is the site manager and Kendra the leasing agent. Both are truly professional and always at their toes to help with any of our queries, maintenance requests and it is carried out within 2-3 days. Special thanks to Michelle who solved an emergency for us in a very short time even though it would have taken more time through the normal channels of escalation. Whenever we had any issues at the apartment, Michelle and Kendra escalated the issues and prioritized it that the maintenance team solved them in no time. I did have 1 bad experience but that was with their 24/7 phone care and the person I spoke to was very rude and he was probably new as he did not know the rules. We had our fire alarm go off at 4 am and he said that I had to go buy batteries and fix the issue myself if I wanted the alarm to stop ringing due to low battery. Next day when I told this to the staff working in the building, they were shocked and said that it should have been taken care by the maintenance team as someone is always present in the buildings. Michelle reported this to the management and hopefully future tenants will have more knowledgeable customer service to deal with. To all the staff working in the building, you guys are awesome and very professional. Thank you for making our stay in Victoria Views comfortable and safe. Special shout out to Thomas, Alberto and Caleb with whom we have interacted the most. They are so good at their job, they come in and finish their work in a matter of minutes and everything is as good as new. Thank you Thomas for the extra attention and advise you have provided us with throughout the months. We will definitely recommend Victoria Views to anybody who wishes to have a stress free home stay in Regina.

I have lived here for a few years now and I have had nothing but positive interactions with all the staff and management. The grounds are kept clean at all times and staff is quick to respond to me when I reach out. I would recommend these suites to anyone.

Broadstreet Properties Ltd are very fortunate to have employed the Management and Staff at Victoria Views. These employees are very hard working and dedicated to keeping the premises here in excellent condition and ensuring that the renters are well taken care of. I have found that they are polite and knowledgeable about any questions I have asked. They are always willing to help in anyway needed. I have nothing but praise for Management and Staff, because of them, they have made me feel safe, comfortable and above all, by making me feel that this is truly my HOME. I call this place home since 5 months. Well managed property. Great response time by management. I never saw anyone complaining about anything. nice and silent neighbors

The staff in Victoria view help me a lot. They are very patience, professional and efficient work, which impressed me deeply. So that I decided to rent the apartment in here. I think wonderful service is more important than the quality of the house.
