I love the free chequing account but the bank itself is slightly incompetent. Can take, literally, five business days for them to apply my online payment to my MBNA MasterCard, a card which they gave me as a partnership through their bank. When I complain, they make me jump through hoops rather than just looking into it. I've also been told by a rep "it's the same for her." But...It's actually unacceptable for a credit card payment to take that long and the fact that they don't see it that way and dig into it to make change reflects their service delivery. Blah. Cutesy credit unions that live in 1991

Had issues with my credit cards! Was quite frustrating but after finally getting to an individual by the name Amneet. All the issues were solved efficiently and in a super professional matter! Unbelievable service! Thanks Amneet!
