Campus Dentist

Incredibly rude receptionist that lacks professionalism. Waited to be checked in and had to wait for the receptionist to leave a personal call. When finally able to check in, was told my appointment had been "lost".

I had been going here for almost 7 years. Dr. Ihor and all the other staff are all great and amazing with the exception of the receptionist which is why I stopped coming here. I took a day off work for a scheduled appointment only to be told that I wasnt scheduled. Mistakes do happen I understand but instead of politely conversing with me, the receptionist (she) was super rude and resorted to insults. My wife had similar unpleasant experiences with her in the past but we shrugged it off but this was the final straw for us. I love this place honestly but I cant deal with that bad, negative energy so Im done.

Thank you for the good service, for the work done responsibly. The doctor really does his job well, not for money, but for the result. It is nice that there are professionals in their field.

Awful experience! Never going back there and especially the receptionist is the miserable person ever.
