I went to Sunterra today to have my very first root canal. I recently decided to switch dentists so this was my first experience with them. The procedure was absolutely painless and even after the numbing wore off I felt good. One of the best freezing experiences I have ever had. Ive had cavities fixed that hurt worse both during and after. It was also all done within 1.5 hours which I thought was great time. So far everything feels great with the tooth. I did have a stain on a new dress from a cleaning product or something and they reimbursed me for the dress.

I went here to get a basic cleaning and if I hadn't been to other places, I wouldn't know any better. I think the dentist can do a lot better. Other places clean 3 different times with different equipments. They only used one tool to clean just once. On top of that my receipt says scaling was 3units when they only did it once and charged my insurance. That's foul play. Not impressed. I love that they deal with all the insurance stuff and quite knowledgeable but many other places do too.
