Even though I was not a patient at this clinic , they were able to see me the same day I called them for a potential serious tooth problem. Dr. Ali was fantastic. Professional, polite, thorough, informative. Highly recommended.

My first time here, Dr. Mike was my dentist along with his assistant Rose, they were amazing and made it a breeze and kept the procedure light with their humour., I highly recommend them and this will be my new clinic. Thanks again!

I have been going to this clinic since I was 10 years old, I used to love them but they have gone seriously downhill. I went in with chipped teeth and was told it's not that bad and that I can wait another few months. This is dangerous as chips can cause infections. They no longer send out reminder cards for appointments, if you miss an appointment due to illness they will still charge you $100 or $50 to rebook, even if it is due to illness. They are extremely busy and you can't get in to see anyone for months, they don't prioritize people with more serious issues, and I had Dr. MIKE PENKALA file down my two front teeth without proper consent he claimed it would stop them from chipping, it did not, it made me loose confidence because I was so unhappy with the appearance of my smile. When I was 16 they reffered me to an orthodontist and my parents paid $6,000 for braces to straighten my teeth, when I was 18 my wisdom teeth started coming in sideways and pushed my bottom teeth together again making them crowded and all that money down the drain. They shouldn't be reffering people for orthodontic work if they can't see how wisdom teeth are coming in yet. They are very friendly, if rushed, and the dental assistants and technicians and receptionists are good and Dr. Tamara Penkala is much better than her husband Dr. Mike Penkala, but people need to be aware of the dangers of this clinic.
