I phoned the clinic about the time of their clinic hours because I have to send my daughter to the doctor. The receptionist asked me if I have an appointment I said I dont have then she just hung up the phone. When I went there she told me it is not a walk in clinic . She should have told that to me, but she told me I didnt ask. What a bad costumer service, the receptionist is not well trained to asnwer the call in right manner.
