The people I dealt with were nice. The services seemed within reasonable prices, other than the oil change. I had my timing chain done. With that they had to do an oil change, as they drained the oil. They never asked if I wanted synthetic oil, but thats what I got. They mustve used the worst filter on the market, because my oil was black within days. They charged me a coolant top up, because some came out when they changed the water pump. No problem, right? Oh well they mixed yellow coolant with my Honda blue it even says in the engine bay to not do that. So overall, its kind of annoying the little things, like clips not being clamped back on hoses. Also Ill be the first to admit, I havent paid a garage to do a oil change for a very long time, (done at home) I thought 145 for a small car a bit high, it doesnt even use a full jug. They also charge for the oil filter on top of the oil change, which seemed odd to me. I should point out their diagnostic, or lack thereof. I booked an appointment for diagnosis, stating which code my code reader gave me. They didnt charge me the fee, but honestly they shouldnt have even if they wanted to. The diagnostic was them putting in their code reader in the parking lot and saying yep its the same code, they didnt even pop the hood to look at my car. Youd think theyd look at your car before doing about 2000$ in repairs. Services: Auto maintenance, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change, Auto engine diagnostic
