I had some concerns about noises my car was making. Crystal listened to me, asked questions and then had her technician address those concerns during the vehicle inspection. The communication throughout the process was excellent. As has the follow-up been. This was the first time I brought my car to Audrey's. I'm a fan already! Services: Oil change, Vehicle Inspection

Most of the work seemed decent/reasonable, but out of the 6 or so shops I've dealt with in the city, this was by far the worst experience I've had. I brought my car in to have a few problems checked out. I warned the technician that there was an electrical issue which would drain the battery while it was off, unless disconnected, but that I should be able to fix it myself. The technician told me I was probably measuring things wrong and didn't know what I was talking about. After looking at the car, the technician told me the battery wouldn't hold a charge. So I bought a battery from them, but had them give me the original so I could see what went wrong with it. When I re-installed and tested my old battery it still held a charge and would start my car in -20C. Trying to explain the situation to staff to get a refund on the battery was a nightmare which could take up a page on its own. Eventually they refunded the cost of the battery, but not the cost of labour, or recycling fee, which I brought up after comparing the bills. I didn't even want my money back at this point, I was just trying to understand how the refund process worked. I was essentially told that since I agreed to have work done they didn't have to give a refund at all so they weren't going to. Throughout the entire process everyone I interacted with was rude, hostile, and unprofessional. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Electrical, Brakes, Battery

I brought my car in due to a worrying noise, and the team at Audrey's was able to identify the issue quickly and fix it. They also conducted a thorough check of my car and replaced some filters, which gave me added peace of mind. The team at Audrey's Auto Repair were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. They communicated effectively with me and kept me informed every step of the way. The work they performed was top-notch and their pricing was very reasonable. Overall, I was impressed by the quality of service provided by Audrey's Auto Repair.
