staff is rude and make faces when you go just like they do not want to work . Avoid going to this branch they do not want to work and gives you wrong information

Stay away from this branch. The personnel are clueless, unkind, prejudiced and liars. They lack significant lack of communication and I feel they all should go for some communication session. They are high in their promises but low on their yields. Two years back the experience was better. Simple account closure took a lot of work and closure notification letter wasnt even provided on time inspite of calling and emailing. And good luck if you wish to talk to a human while calling them, IVR will connect you to their central call centre who will advise to call the branch. Attitude is beyond ridiculous. Im glad I moved away from this branch and Scotia in general!

According to one of the women working I there today there is nothing they can do about fraud on your card. There is no way for them to help you other then for them to just give you a new card even if there are fraud charges being made on your card. The woman was useless with a terrible attitude.

I really like going to this Scotiabank, Tiffany Wadden is a great person to see, very knowledgeable and always willing to help me with whatever I need. I am not a biggest fan of Scotiabank the companey (or big banks in general), but as far as dealing with a people Tiffany is the best!
