A bank which provide services, but hard to in touch by phone only appointment is time saving, otherwise long lines

RBC violates Indigenous sovereignty as a major funder of the Coastal Gaslink pipeline, which does not have free, prior and informed consent from the sovereign Wetsuweten Nation and by financing drilling under the Wedzin Kwa River, threatening the Wetsuweten peoples sacred water source which serves villages in the community and is an important spawning ground for salmon. We need to put our investments in an institution that honours our Indigenous peoples.

The service I requested at the branch in a scheduled meeting did not end up getting completed by this staff and had to call and get it completed over the phone to someone out of province to meet deadlines. I would recommend making sure they can complete the task at hand before leaving or find a reputable bank/banker that can do their job.
