Amazing service! I had a banking issue that I have been trying to solve on my own for months and had it resolved almost instantly after going to BMO for help. Lori was so incredibly helpful and have never had better customer service!!

Laurie is very helpful! Although I generally hate banks and moreover specific branches, this branch has been one of the best, and so has the bank been.

I have been setting up my daughter's Is R DSP yearly contribution for 11 years. I have never had too much problem doing so until until today . A computer voice told me that my wait time would be between 2 and 3 hours and there was no callback function Offered. So far I've been carrying around my phone listening to elevator music for one and a 1/2 hours. This is unacceptable and totally unnecessary. Within the next month I will be closing all of my accounts at the bank of Montreal and moving them to Financial institution who Who have been very helpful for the last 20 years looking after our other family interests.

Extremely poor customer service at this location the manager their is Atrocious.In addition they are a "woke" company tripping over themselves to be politically correct.
