I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an online purchase that was a scam. My wife and I did not have much success getting through by phone, so I stopped in at the Lawson branch for help. I initially spoke to James and later on Rylan. They both were very understanding and went above and beyond my expectations. So thankful for their help!

Certain staff that look after my investments and accounts are very rude and put there own interests first. Very disappointed with my appointment regarding my investments. Have been a loyal client of BMO for many many years this gives me thought about looking for alternatives

Awesome. I dont use BMO, and I dont visit this bank very often, but I work in the mall, so I often need change. Rylan is extremely friendly, professional and quick. He greeted me with a smile, and was super kind. I havent used any of their other services; I just come here for change. But to me, the customer service sets them apart, and makes for a really pleasant experience.

This branch is living proof that they'll give anyone a job. Customer service is abysmal. Capability is completely missing. The only other bank I've had I kept for 35 years. These guys ruined the relationship within 3 months with multiple failures, and I opened a TD account instead.
