RBC Branch at 8th Street is running with unskilled employees, need more training to financial advisor, I visited several times at branch but still work is not done from 5 months.

Very frustrating group of people. The drive thru atm ate my debit and credit. No sign or anything warning me about this. I go in to speak to someone and they inform me they have no access to the atm and all cards will be destroyed. Why on earth a bank will not have access to their own atm. I wait in line and they give me a temporary debit card which I cant do anything with because it doesnt allow me to use other than atm to withdraw money. But the useless teller reports my card lost and stolen instead of getting me replacement card. So now I have no credit card to use. Such a bunch of useless people. There is a reason why this place has less 2 star reivew

Went in to conduct some banking business and asked the RBC employee to use the washroom. RBC employee stated, No, we have no public washroom. I asked why RBC clients could not use a washroom? RBC employee told me to use the KFC washroom across from their location. Completely unreasonable. What large banking location has no washroom for clients to use?
