My first time here and I walked in to see a dirty floor. I told my wife that's not a good sign. I was right. There was a lot of Staff but not much service. We waited a long time for our food. I ordered a medium rare steak sandwich with french fries. What I got was an overcooked cold steak and cold fries. I would have complained but I got the feeling no one cared. Because I had waited so long and I was starving I just ate the meal anyway. I waited for the waiter to ask me how my meal was. I'm still waiting.. For the first time in my 50 plus years the person who served me never asked how the meal was. I wish he had because I wouldn't be sitting here typing this out.. first time and last time at this restaurant I don't recommend it to anyone.

I would give 0 star to Boston Pizza on Herold Rd but acknowledging that option is not given here, the place is not busy but still no service whatsoever. There is no communication among their hosted/server as to what order the guests table are hence people coming after us got service and were not. We did advise the manager of the situation then walked out of the place, whats a waste of time, and vowed not ever set foot in this place again.
