Western Carpet One Floor and Home

Flooring is great, backsplash install is awsome but, the ensuite shower tiles were all cracking. All because they had an inexperienced installer put the wrong set before tiles and soon after all joints were cracking. Also sloped the shower curb the wrong way and the bathroom floor was soaked after a shower. Should not charge customers full rate for inexperienced installers. Luckily without hesitation an experienced tile installer realized immediately the issues and fixed to perfection once materials arrived! Was going to rate a 3 but the professionalism with dealing with the customer added 1 more. Thanks for making it all right!

A HUGE shout out to Abbey, she has been an absolute pleasure to work with for new carpeting in our house. Abbey showed the utmost professionalism, she was courteous, efficient and kind. Kudos on an amazing job Abbey!!
