I walked in looking for a place to purchase a similar vinyl plank flooring because I was being pressured by another business. I was greeted by Mike! He was so quick, efficient and most importantly RESPECTFUL!!! He was able to offer me the same product and thanks to the Flooring Superstores price matching it only took an hour to make the deal at the same price as I was previously quoted! We followed up with texts and emails and the product was available 2 days early!!! I look forward to updating with a picture when all our flooring is installed. Thanks Mike and the staff at FSS. Great customer service.

Absolutely wonderful service and experience from start to finish! Mike was super helpful, knowledgeable and made a stressful situation a lot of fun. He was able to find exactly what I wanted and it turned out better than I could have even imagined. Love our flooring!

Great experience from start to finish. I had a relatively small order and always felt valued and appreciated. When the time comes to do another project I wont bother shopping around first as Flooring Superstore really took care of me.
