Prestige Flooring & Hardwood Ltd

Wanted to return samples but deposit would not be returned unless we had the paper receipt. Being the same person who picked up the samples with ID and the credit card on file was not sufficient. We were going to move forward with our project with Prestige, but this experience gave us a strong sense of how they operate and treat customers. We will gladly take our business elsewhere and share our unfavorable experience with others.

I had a low budget and the salesman didnt try to be pushy at all with going higher like other stores did, he was simply helpful! The best price in Saskatoon since they had lots of sheet vinyl ends/cuts for 50% off. Recommending this place to everyone! Will be back in future.

WOW JUST READ 3 REVIEWS ON HERE AND 2 OTHER SITES WHERE THEY THREATEN TO PUT LIENS ON HOMES WHO MAKE COMPLAINTS. THEIR REVIEWS ARE AWFUL.... One of their workers dropped a large vase on the floor, causing damage to the flooring and breaking the vase. We were brushed off and told the floor was "old and out of style" and questioned about the age of the vase. The rude cretins suggested WE go to WALMART and pick out a new one, top price $40. Our vase was from Israel and had been in the family for years as many photos prove . They were angry so they left a mess and walked out with a good bye. They invoiced US for "extra misc materials" $197.45 while we were still unpaid for the vase and the floor was not repaired. Finally they sent some big man who could barely get up and down from the floor. I am not happy at all. He just used some kids markers to scribble over the floor damaged and it looked awful. We did replace it and of course the new flooring looks nicer but we had not intended to do any of that. Don't these geezers have insurance? They gave us $50 for the vase.
