Times Square Patio Apartments

Living here; 2nd year now. Neighborhood is generally quiet. Apartments are dated and need general maintenance. However given the area and walkability, the price fits in. Heat is good and the AC is limited to a window conditioner (not ideal but works well with fans). Overall decent for what you pay.

Still living here. Waiting for the lease to end. 1 out of the 2 caretakers is really rude. Guess they fail to understand the concept of providing good service to the customer. For the money that is being paid for the apartment, definitely not worth it.

Noisy and the manager isnt very friendly.

Sorry, not a good experience living there. Noisy upstairs + upstairs got fire in July 2015, therefore My suit got water damage;damaged sofa, damaged TV, damaged my Freezer, carpet, furniture. etc by water + Somebody got into my suit and stole my 2 two-way radios & chargers, I-phone. I am not sure who would have had a key for my suit. That guy who stole my stuffs won't go to the heaven after he died. ( When I had a terribly difficult time, that guy was so greedy for my stuffs. I hope that he would have same situations.)
