Chateau 100

This is a great place to live whether you are single or have a small family. The atmosphere is very quiet and free from unwanted disturbances. You dont have to worry if something happens within your suite as the staff here are very reliable and helpful when it comes to the safety and satisfaction of their tenants. They are quick to respond to your calls regarding any matter that involves the building and most importantly your suite. The building is always well kept with its cleanliness and professionalism makes staying here feel very comforting. Living here makes not only myself feel safe but also my children.

Living in Chateau 100 has been amazing so far! The property manager has always been quick to respond to our every need and has been able to answer all of our questions with ease ! When we first moved in the entire apartment had been cleaned from top to bottom and basically looked brand new! The carpets had been shampoo'd and you could tell that it was all done with care and great attention to detail. There is so much natural light and the windows are all very big! The balcony goes the length of the living room and is an awesome space to have a coffee in the morning, nevermind the fact that it is walking distance to basically anything ! I would 100% recommend living here!

I've lived in this building for two years, and the only reason I am leaving is because my relationship ended. The building is older, yes, but it's in good condition, and the concrete construction means there's very little noise transfer from other units. I've had four maintenance issues over the past two years, and three of those were solved in under 24 hours. The best reason to live here is the LIGHT. The balcony doors stretch the width of the living room, so you have beautiful views and sunshine all year round. The heat is good in the winter, and there's always hot water, etc. I would recommend putting in an application; I've been happy here.

Wilhelmina Roberts was an awful landlord but the building should just be turned into condos and sold off. Buy at your own risk, the building is getting old.
