Overall a great experience at Eiffel Tower A. Having lived there for 18 months, the property manager William is always willing to help and is available and prompt with communication with any inquiry. Facilities are quite clean and well-kept, no issues at all. A definite recommendation on my end

Eiffel Tower apartment was our first place called home. We had a great experience renting there. It is secured and well maintained. And you have Wil, the resident manager always willing to help you.

Great place to live! Close to downtown with access to transit right in front of the building. Safeway, dollarama, gas station, credit union and bank right across the street. Building is very well maintained and quiet. On the hot summer days it's great to cool off in the outdoor pool. Covered plug-in parking spots provide shelter from the harsh Winnipeg winters. A school park at the back of the building is a great place for kids to run around. And William, the building manager, is very attentive, promptly addresses concerns and requests, and resides on site (which means you'll never be left stranded).

Nice location and great caretaker. Overpriced, almost 1400 for a 2br and there isn't even a dishwasher. There weren't supposed to be rent increases during covid not in 2022 and 2023 in Manitoba due to tenants tax credit given to Globe on our behalf however they made increases every year AND it was over and above the RTB average of 1.5% to 2% with increases of 5 to 10 percent; they do this by decreasing your discount. There have been no renovations or work done on the building apart from regular maintenance so there I no reason for it. Suits are painted and upkept after tenants move out and this cost should be taken from the damage deposit and the suit increased for the next tenant, however they pass on this cost to current tenants. They will tell you that your rent is higher than other units with more amenities and newer updates because of the higher floor you live on yet there are constantly units rented out on the same floor or higher with lower rent. When asked several times about how the tenants tax credit (belonging to to the tenants)the government of Manitoba sent to them is being taken into consideration, the question is evaded and there is no answer. This tax credit is the reason they are not supposed to increase rent in 2022 and 2023 but they did, oh wait, I'm sorry, they decreased the discount, this is how they get away with it. The thousands and possibly millions of dollars they received from us, the tenants, by getting g or tax credits will most certainly be used to do work on the building, but I guarantee they will increase rent much more because of this work we already paid for. There is a new manager and she seems much nicer than the previous one and is easier to talk to, but she works for Globes and unfortunately (at no fault of her own) follows Globes' directions. I'm middle-aged and rented my entire life and never once experienced shady reasons and non-transparency with answers to your questions. I love the area and the caretaker, the manager is nice and I can't fault her for what her boss asks of her, but this company is very gray when it come to being ethical. They will manipulate by using loopholes etc. I will be moving as soon as I can.
