Im Living in the building two years and new caretaker is amazing. She painted a table in the laundry room, put the information board in the hallway, responding calls and texts right away. She is always there for help. Building is old thats why I give four stars.

I'm living in the building for the past three years and new caretaker came year ago. And she put couple of positive changes like cameras on the parking lot, mark the back entrance and that help me so much for my food delivery and taxi service. She I so polite. I like the area and kids park behind the building. Great neighborhood.

An outstanding property manager, you can see the positive change in recent years as she has taken over the building.

My partner and I have been living in this building for 5 years now. For the price and location, the building is great however the building is old so it has its issues but the current caretaker Ana Nikolic does an excellent job with maintenance as well as tending to the tenants. The look of the building has changed positively since she has taken over the responsibilities.

They must change the property manager. She never bothers to clean the building.
