Poor management, Poor security. My list; Had my vehicle vandalized in the "secured" parkade during the first month of living here. Had items stolen from my vehicle through the plastic which replaces my broken window the following month but failed to bother since Ricki has ignored my initial email request- failed to provide me with a more clear image of the offender. Security do not pay attention to who enters the building. I already told someone at front desk that I do not feel safe living here- given that on two accounts, random individuals have entered my suite right off of smith street. I've been threatened to be reported for using the amenities not even 15 minutes after it closed (ie: gym, steam room) even though, everyday, there are tenants using the amenities after hours. Security also watch where ever you are walking and will blurt out to you if you are walking on the second floor, perhaps when you seem to be lost from their perspective on the computer screen. Additionally, I will be entering or leaving the building in the early morning and notice that there will be no security around at all. More recently- the parkade doors do not close so it is very welcoming to those loitering or to anyone that wants to park in any of the 7 or 8 floors of the insecure parkade. This place is about marketing. If you're living here, you're paying for the name just like many, but not all, luxury brands. My safety is a priority and a 125% increase in rent for this marketed "Luxury" building is absolutely not worth the lack of safety I feel here.

Repairs take a really long long time. Holes in my balcony since 2019. Elevators dont work. Not being serviced. And the door from parkade to building shimmied open for over a month now not getting fixed, constant silverfish on the 12 floor Riverside plaza

One of the guys with a company vehicle needs to learn how to drive. He cut me off multiple times already and hes always speeding. Also how professional is it to have a dirty company vehicle and then draw clowns on the back with your finger? These guys need to grow up.

Last week we had 2 maintenance guys enter our suite without 24 hours notice while we had 2 small kids here sleeping as well as myself. Contacted not only the landlord but the property manager and neither have returned my messages to apologize. So Edison properties feels like its ok and they can do whatever they want
