        Worst customer service at the mcphillips location over the phone. I called 5 times and they hung up on me everytime. I was calling about tool rentals and no one could answer my questions. I kept getting transferred and then put on hold and hung up on. Whenever someone answered the phone they had no clue. Guess I'll try St. Vital. Def won't shop at this location, need to up your customer service skills for sure.
