Ordered this vinyl tile flooring from Russ at National Interiors and are very pleased with the results. Great service, lots of product to chose from, found what we wanted to match our dcor there with no problem.

Amazing customer service! I ordered two items, one of which had a minor defect when it arrived. I am extremely satisfied with the after-sale service, Shane was so helpful and courteous. Our replacement part was out-of-stock and the team kept us up to date during the whole process and offered many options for replacement. I am an out-of-province customer and the shipping was very rapid with constant updates on transit times. Highly recommend, thank you NI!

I'm not entirely sure how this company has so many 5 star reviews.. which makes me question the legitimacy of them. This company installed flooring in our condo 5 years ago prior to us moving in. I called them to have a repair done as one square of the laminate flooring had lifted and 2 were scratched. When I originally called I was told they were being audited by another company because they were in debt and weren't sure if they could "take me on" as a client. I explained that if they couldn't help me, at the bare minimum I would like to at least know the name of the flooring so I could contact another company. I informed the company that there is a sense of urgency because I am trying to sell my condo and was told that "I'm not the only one" and was brushed off. Considering this was a massive contract and they supplied flooring to an entire new condo building you would think they would have the name of the flooring THEY installed in each unit on file. Despite several phone calls and emails, I still do not know the name of my flooring, just that it's no longer available. Horrible customer service! Save yourself the headache and choose another company.
