Assiniboine Credit Union

I wish I could give them no stars. This credit union, did not send in important T4 tax information to myself or CRA resulting in my father receiving a $52000+ tax bill. When they finally did send it in more then 6 months late, they did not insure it was properly labeled or received by CRA resulting in more then 3 months on top of the 6 month delay in my father's taxes being done properly. His taxes are still in limbo almost a year later as a result of the mistakes made by Assiniboine Credit Union. I have made numerous phone calls to this credit union looking for answers as to why such important documents were not sent in as they should have been and have yet to receive a satisfactory answer or proper apology for their costly mistake. The staff and management seem indifferent and disinterested in making this situation right. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere as I will soon be doing.

I have never dealt with a bank or credit union that seems to have so many technical and app issues as this one. It's constant. I have yet to call about a concern and actually have someone at this Branch pick up the phone, there seems to be a complete lack of customer service or interest in providing customer service.
