        I had Richard (Graham Mechanical) come into my home to check my 3 year old N/G modulating furnace. I had the company that installed it come to my house multiple times and was told everything was working as it should. After getting a referral from a friend I called Richard and through the conversation he knew what the possible issue was. He was out quickly and adjusted some settings on the furnace before noting that the wiring from the thermostat to the furnace was not correct. I need 6 wire not 4. This is something that was missed during the installation process as well as every check after. I will be using Graham Mechanical for all of my mechanical needs in the future! Service: Repair HVAC
