Red River Mutual

We contacted Red River on damage to our roof from windstorm! The service advisor was Arlene Jones. We called early Monday morning relating the problem to her. She was very helpful and suggested Advance Exteriors as contractor for our repair. With in the same day Dusty from Advance Exteriors was out to our house estimating the repair and temporarily fixing the damage. We had great experience with Red River and Advance Exteriors!

We had Advance Exteriors replace the shingles on our roof and they were fantastic. They had excellent customer service. They met with us before hand to consult us on the best options to move forward, they showed up on time, completed the job on time and I was very impressed with the cleanup job they did after the project. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I had a fantastic experience with Advance Exterior Renovations and Red River Mutual. Dusty responded quickly to my message and assessed the damage to my roof within the week. He forwarded his assessment to Red River and after some brief and reasonable discussion they decided to reshingle my entire roof. Dusty and his team did a phenomenal job on my roof and I was invoiced accurately based on my agreement with Red River. The whole process was honestly the most effortless one I have had with an insurance company.
