I had an eye exam performed here by Dr. Ehsaei a few months ago. After I got home, I noticed there was a significant difference in the axis number from my last prescription, so I went back and was told this was not unusual. I ordered my glasses online as I have done several times without a problem.
My new glasses didnt feel right, so I went back and one of the ladies checked them and verified that they matched the prescription I was given. She booked a retest for me which she said would be at no charge. When I went for my retest, Dr. Ehsaei did not even examine my eyes, he just told me the prescription was correct and refused to perform the retest unless I paid again so I told him Id go elsewhere and left.
I went to a new optometrist and found out there were mistakes on Dr. Ehsaeis prescription. Both the OD and OS measurements were off and he had an astigmatism listed for my right eye and I do not have one. Now I am stuck with a $200+ pair of glasses that are no good to me and I had to pay $100 for a second eye exam.
I would recommend going somewhere else where they take the proper time to perform the exam and stand behind their work.
