Worst customer service and staff. Reps don't know how to talk politely. Tried reaching the property manager, never got back to me.

Very disgusting service in terms of cleaning at one of their property (summerland apartments) we recently had refridgerator issue and i had to call them for 4 weeks to get it fixed or replaced and they took 2 months to fix it and when we received our fridge back, it was having fungus in it and molds all around and when asked to get it cleaned, they denied and asked us to clean it. Worst customer service and poor respect towards the tenants. The manager passed a racist comments and judges the tenants based on their color and race. The manager literally casted me as a muslims and said how can your food gets spoilled in ramadam. What a joke, ppl dont eat in ramadan or what. Its a disrespect to whole community. Here is the proof of the fridge we got it back. Please do go for this apartment if you want to pay $1317/month.

Cockroaches and cockroaches is what you will get at their locations, Towers of Polo Park for sure. Also sub par building management that will shoo you away like a cockroach, very unprofessional and unqualified. I've personally been threatened and harassed by this James Timko who even got his cleaning lady Maria to play along, Pathetic and childish. Save yourselves the headache and disappointment and Lease through anyone else. I need to put a star just to post a comment there should be no star there. I'm done, Happy Hunting, elsewhere.

Nothing but problems for our last year at 2350 Portage, topped off with improperly treated bedbug and cockroach infestations resulting in us having to live off site for the final 3 months of our tenancy, while paying for a "penthouse" suite. To add insult to injury, they are now threatening us with collections over repairs and cleaning that resulted from their own buildings condition, and the actions of their on site manager and pest control contractors. We have been trying to resolve this for weeks with zero response over phone or email. Update: We finally got a response within a couple hours of posting this review! Update (4 months later): We've been completely ghosted since my last update. They got in touch very quickly after the review was posted, promising to take care of this situation. As of 3 days after that, our calls and emails were ignored, and nothing was addressed. Ridiculous "company". Avoid at all costs.

Living at 2350 Portage at first was fantastic. Now we're basically paying $1,280 to live in a place that constantly has bedbugs. Update: Took over six treatments to finally deal with the insects before they were rid of, rather than evict the people down the hall that kept bringing them in. But because of being vocal, I've been waiting three months for my kitchen drawers to be replaced after the sink backed up, causing mould. Basically I can either replace the drawers at my own cost OR continue waiting until whatever time for their guy to paint over the drawers rather than actually replace them. This place was so much better when the old p.m. was here but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
