My husband and I moved to Point North last October after downsizing from our five bedroom home.. With our children grown, we no longer needed the space or maintenance of a house and. apartment life beckoned. We were however fearful of moving to a smaller space and looked at many apartments before choosing here. The building is well laid out, very clean and has a great gym and amenity room. What makes Point North special however are the building managers, Kim and Derrick Tucker! They are so helpful and responsive to any concern we have. If you have a problem with something, it is fixed so quickly! If you dont know how to properly use a fixture or appliance, they are down to help. They always have a smile and kind word and every tenant we meet has wonderful things to say about their care of the building. Not knowing what to expect from apartment living, Kim and Derrick have helped make our transition go very smoothly!

My wife and I just moved into Point North. We love the building, its location and the amenities. One the best things about the building are the Super Superintendents. Kim and Derrick are very responsive, patient and knowledgeable - always accessible to help with any inquiry!
