I have been customer of ICICI bank Gore branch for more than 2 years. All this while I have had many interactions and some visits to the branch. During these interactions one of the employees NAVNEET KAUR stands out in her professionalism and customer obsession. NAVNEET has always gone extra mile to serve her customers and put them at ease and guide them through the banking processes. Recently she supported me for service request to be fulfilled by India branch and guided me well on the process. Her bias for action to serve the customer is commendable and goes a long way in making this branch successful. I highly recommend her services

Worst bank, they could not increase my withdrawal limit over a weekend.. when the world moved over to digital banking you live in a 1990 style paper banking?? How are you even in business?

The service provide by this branch was really amazing, very professional and courteous. Met with Mr. Satinder Singh Virk and Mr. Vatsal, both of them went out of their way to assist me and my wife with our NRI accounts and Canadian account. Very courteous, took time to explain and initiate the process of how to get my accounts activated. I was pleasantly surprised to get the level of service they provided. Made the customer feel valued.

I recently had a very positive experience at ICICI bank. Navneet Grover was very informative and helpful with all my requests.
