Anytime i go to this bank, service is way too slow...always short staffed long wait and line up

There are 6 counters. Employees only at 2. One of them gets up and takes a break after serving a single customer (every 10 min) other 3 are in the laughing having fun in the employee room. And customers are standing in the line since looooooooooooooooong Pathetic

The most useless / inconvenient branch of RBC. They will let people under training handle business clients and let them waste their time. Everytime I go there, they just wast my time and I have go to a different branch just to feel how incompetent this branch is. Buisness Client should strictly stay away from this branch. Had to postpone my shipments due to them. They will be very expensive in terms of your precious time. Taking my time to write this so other dont waste their time.
