Our experience with Rimma at Decor Center was great. She made the process simple, comprehensive, and ultimately professional. Most of all, Rimma was patience with clients, very organized and provide relaxing interactions. She turned the whole experience of decision makings to a stress free pleasure. We couldnt have asked for a better representative.

Our experience could not be more positive. Dealing with a collection of new homeowners can be a tough, but Marco does it with class, courtesy and kindness to ensure a satisfied Regal Crest customer. Marco understands that he is the face of the brand for the customer and goes above and beyond to create a lasting relationship. I bought a home with Regal Crest and the experience has been very easy and incredible. Their quality in materials is above most other builders and I need to say that their after-purchase service is amazing. Dave, the site supervisor answers all our questions/concerns and sends employees to come and fix the issues very quickly. Mike was also very nice and helpful as well with our tarion 30 day and 1 year items. He came a few times himself to check on the items we submitted. He would also answer all the questions I have (and there were quite a few!). Maurizio is someone I really appreciate and think that Regal should be proud of to have on their team for 20+ years. He came in to fix the items in the work order and he was SO helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond his job duties to help me fix many items in the house and had the patience to explain what caused those issues and what he did to fix them. There are a few more people that were very helpful as well, but which I forgot their names, such as the electrician and plumber. I would definitely buy another home in the future from Regal Crest!
