    The manager on this branch might be the worst human I have ever come across. I bought a pair of shoes for my retail job. They were cute and I confirmed with the associate twice if they are gonna be too narrow but she kept on insisting how it will definitely stretch. I wore them thrice to work, the beginning 2 days extreme pain in my fingers they used to get numb. 3rd day my fingers gave up and the corner 2 started to bleed because they didnt stretch one bit. Went back and asked for the manager and asked for her help and she didnt even bother listening completely, just cut me in between went like I can not do anything if they did not stretch enough for you, just take it to a shoemaker and get the fixed. A $100 shoe and I still have to take it to the shoemaker? Pathetic. Worst interaction with a manager ever, nothing takes you too far with that attitude honey!

    Theres a male employee working here that shouldnt be working in a customer service role. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome from the moment I walked in and asked to try on shoes. Like I was a bother, not a smile, not a hows everything going?, and actually made me feel like it was a huge hassle to try more then one shoe on at a time. Probably would have boughten something, but felt like I needed to take my business some place else that respects and appreciates the people coming into to spend money at their store. Especially when they are being kind and respectful to their employees and barely getting that in return.

    I went in there to try on shoes I wanted to order online as I had a 20% off promo. The customer service was great and I was upfront with her about my plans. She told me she could apply the 20% off promo, so I got the 2 pairs of shoes I wanted. One they had to order in my size, one they had in store. After the sale was made I noticed only 20% off on one pair and unfortunately had to deal with the manager who basically made me feel bad for wanting the difference exchanged back to me...ummm, well I would of just bought them online like i planned to if you don't want to give me the sale. I should of done just that. He was telling me how the associate went out of her way to order my shoe and give me the discount blah blah...well thank you associate but I literally could of just dealt with no one and order online. After that, I'll just order online in the peace of my own home. Thanks.

    Came in to buy work shoes. The male employee at the front was miserable and not helpful at all. I asked him how much the shoes were as I needed them for work and nothing fashionable and I told him Im not paying $300 for fake leather. I then asked him if there were any boots on sale and he said he didnt know and for me to go and look for them and then bring them to him? I worked in retail for many years and would recommend customers other shoes , tell them store specials etc. This man handed me off to his co worker to cash me out. He had zero customer service and Im embarrassed to even have purchased anything from the store but I needed shoes for work the following day. For such a big corporation Id expect better customer service especially with the store being dead. Wont be shopping at this location will resort to online! Thanks for the memorable experience sherway !!
