Seemed like a very good business at first. First red flag is they never mentioned that we had to pay extra to have a parking spot. Then things were good for about a month then I submitted a service request well over a month ago still didnt get anyone to come fix it yet. Lastly, as of October 4th there is no heating in my unit I have reached out several times and no response I was provided with different timelines no follow ups. I understand that it can take maybe a week at most 2 but it has now been 4 weeks and we are going into November its getting cold. Company needs more a sense of urgency!! Do not recommend.

Dean and Shane are absolute champs, theyre always quick to jump on whatever issue I have in a timely and courteous manner. Shanes always quick with a helpful response and appointment booking, and deans always there the next minute ready to help with literally anything you could ever need with a smile on his face. These two definitely deserve some recognition for all their hard work, i appreciate everything they do!

This company has been fantastic and they show that are willing to bend over backwards to help their clients. If there's any issues they try their best to get it resolved in a timely manner. Their maintenance man Dean, is always pleasant and professional when he's been working on my mom's units or the other units in her building.

Hi, my name is hope. I just wanted to let this company know that dean came by my place and he was so great to me. I was having issues with my bathroom sink, for some reason the water wasn't draining properly, he knew right away what the issue was. He simply just unclogged the drain, and bam.. Good as new. I just wanted to make sure this company knew how great of a guy he is. Im very unfamiliar with drains and such, he came within a couple hours, and knew exactly what was going on.
