        I had an unfortunate experience at this BMO location that aligns with the feedback of other reviewers. The excessive questioning I encountered during my visit felt condescending and reminiscent of an interrogation. Some of the questions asked were even inappropriate in nature. As I walked out of the bank, I made up my mind to switch to a different financial institution. The harassment endured simply isn't worth it to keep my savings and investments at BMO. To those who have also faced similar mistreatment and interrogations for choosing to bank with BMO, my sympathies are with you. Remember that (1) you deserve to be treated with respect, (2) you are not a criminal, and (3) there are better options available where you can conduct your banking without such experiences.
