        Im upset because prices here are not the same as other beauty retailers. They dont offer refunds which is absurd. They should at least offer price matching or discounts based on competitors pricing. I wont be coming back.

        I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! they have new employees who have immense knowledge on products. she helped me out alot. she was so KIND and FRIENDLY to me. she took her time with me, was so patient with me, she talked to me for so long in detail because she REALLY wanted to help me and my hair issues. i have really damaged hair and i have been using what she recommended to me and my hair feels like pure silk. i definitely recommend shopping here. This was the most pleasant shopping experience ever. 5/5 experience 5/5 customer service 5/5 overall 5/5 affordability i felt welcomed and they GENUINELY care about your needs, they dont just make you buy random stuff. she was SO honest with me and helpful. they have professional products and the newest at great prices. i am so happy and excited to shop here again
