        Misplaced my prescription!! and there was no way to reach out to reception over the phone only Call service rep, who told me that that i should be receiving call from clinic but never received. I FINALLY HAD TO DRIVE TO THE CLINIC in my condition and checked with tye person reception and she told me the person who is supposed to fax to the pharmacy forgot to fax and "sorry for inconvienance"..what??What a mess.This is nothing to do with federal funding. Its just pure mismanagement and carelessness!
