Jenny recently helped me leased out my condo unit in midtown. It was such a pleasant experience working with her and Justin - from day 1 she showcases not only high professionalism but also great attention to details. As a client, I felt Jenny really listens to and understands what I need and always patiently answer all my questions. I had worked with other agents before, but seldomly had I experienced this level of care and professionalism. Jenny and Justin are also very efficient - even though I didnt have photos taken for my unit for listing, Jenny and Justin managed to quickly and professionally staged my unit in a couple of hours and took great listing pictures. From a working professionals perspective, the whole process working with Jenny is really as easy as it can get. Jenny and Justin were amazing to work with! This was my first experience finding a property on my own which can be quite daunting, however Jenny and Justin made this process as smooth and easy as possible and were always available to answer all my questions. Jenny and Justin are very helpful in finding the best place for us. I had never believed that we could meet this unit in a very short period of time. I think it should be attributed to the effort of Jenny and Justin, who filtered our criteria accurately based on their experience. Besides, they are professional to provide suggestions to us, like some of the details of the contract that we should be aware of and some conditions that we can bargain with the landlord. I am happy to meet them as they would take care of our needs and share their tips for living in Canada. To be honest, I think our relationship is more likely to be friends rather than client and agent,thanks for your help so much!

Jenny Wu is a responsible and experienced realtor. She helped us rent a condo in Finch. Jenny patiently answered our numerous questions and guided us went through the whole rental process.
