Me and my partner recently bought our first home. I have met a few realtors but I just couldnt simply get comfortable with them. The very first time Ive met Chad was on a bike ride and on that coffee break mid ride, I already knew he was the one. Less than a month later, we got the keys to our first home. Thank you would never be enough! Least he knows how sincerely grateful we are for the expert advices and for treating us with respect, let alone the value he puts on our hard-earned money. Another month later, we closed another deal for a pre-built condominium unit. Building a real estate portfolio doesnt get anymore exciting with RCC!
