        SOLD my semi-detached in North York from Bill Thom in Feb/2022. He is in this business more than 30 yrs now I guess. He is well-known agent in my town and I assumed that he is the one who is capable enough to bring the best deal on my table and he did. Actually, he went beyond what I expected. I believe the best deal only happens when two working as an one team. I felt we were one team. Feel free to talk with him, he is very professional and courteous.

        Sold us a townhouse and promised to find a good tenant/ manage the tenant. He Took 10% and found a bad tenant who was probably a professional renting scammer. Then dropped managing the tenant, only to leave stress on us as owners. Had to sell the townhouse. Terrible experience for our family.
