1251 King St. West

Im a new tenant from 1251 King St West . When I first came across the building on the rental site , I was amazed. It fits within my range. I love how engaging the landlady was during the viewing of the apartment. She answered all my questions professionally and even gave me her business card at the end of our meeting. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance does a brilliant work. Lobby is overall kept clean always. Since is during this Covid pandemic , I see how professionally the maintenance staffs are taking the covid protocols seriously. I love how the environment gives you a positive vibe.

The staff in this building make it feel like home! I have had nothing but positive interactions with the team. They are attentive and prompt to respond to any questions or issues. The common areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the year.

100% recommended! I just moved here. The building is nice. The management is friendly and helpful. The common areas are kept clean. The location is perfect. The neighborhood has a very positive vibe. There could be some improvements around the garbage area or the old pool (planting some flowers perhaps). I dropped a star because of some noisy neighbours. Overall, I love this place.
