        I went to try to solve a problem with my name because they made a mistake before in another branch but Carmen is useless she just told us fixed which is false she just tricked me because Im not Portuguese

        Waited 25 minutes on a Thursday, asked a banking manager if there is anyone slse who can help as the line is out the door, and she walked away from me with no response.

        Friendly staff and good service. Many staff can speak Portuguese, which is nice given the branchs location in Little Portugal. But even if you dont speak Portuguese, expect to be greeted with a smile!
