Great branch but unprofessional staff. I was trying to get some documents for my PR application and the lady at the front with the pink shirt kept questioning me and trying to pressure me that I can get these documents through online banking, like I need a letter of good standing just leave me alone, I cant get that from online banking. And then she was asking me who requires these documents..its none of your business, your client has a need to speak to a banker, why are you trying to stop me from it. I understand it comes from a good place that shes trying to simplify the process but it is frustrating that someone just blindly pressuring me to do everything online and asking unrelated and unprofessional questions.

New client to RBC, this is not my usual branch but it was on my way this day. I had an excellent costumer service. Karim took the time to answer all my questions. I really felt listened thank you!
