RBC Royal Bank

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They gave me an exchange rate, made to find the money, then go back within 30 min. and they wouldn't honour the promised rate. Then tried to put the blaim on me saying it was a miscommunication problem when they gave me false information. Not even the branch manager could aknowledge the mistake and apologize. Feels like he had Zero experience with customer service. No empathy at all. Had to close all my accoubts there because I dont trust them anymore. Horrible experience.

Trevor patiently explained bank procedures. He took time with every client and is very reasonable to deal with, if you actually are not a huge fan of banks, it's okay . No pressure here in a busy bank.

I attempted to transfer my funds from RBC to TD about two years ago because I had to combine the funds in order to make a payment. After I waited in line for nearly two hours at this branch, the staff members questioned me extensively. SHE REALLY ASKED ME A LOT AND A LOT AND A LOT OF QUESTIONS, SUCH AS, "WHO TRANSFERRED THIS TO YOU," "DO YOU HAVE THEIR ID "HOW DID YOU GET THIS MONEY," AND "CAN YOU PROVE THAT," OF THE TRANSACTIONS MADE A HALF YEAR AGO." How am I supposed to remember that? I cannot even recall what I had for lunch! After that, she claimed she was unable to transfer the funds and refused to provide me with an explanation. I then went to a different branch, where they completed the transaction in just 10 minutes! Though it has been two years, thinking back on how she treated me still enrages me. Certainly much worse than I am expressing right now; words cannot express my emotions.
