        Rude staff, inappropriate behavior from tellers, they have trouble doing the simpliest of tasks. Miss the old tellers from about a year or two ago, I wonder why they all quit.

        Went to the branch on a Thursday early afternoon only to find out the location was working at 50% capacity with customers waiting for extended period of time. There were 4 counters in total but only 2 counters had representatives helping customers.

        As a newcomer, finally, I found a nice bank with very friendly and professional staff. Lou Moega was my financial advisor. She helped me to choose the best credit card and approved it very fast. I couldn't believe it! But the credit card arrived after 2 days!! Thank you!
